The London based band, The Maccabees, are in the US this summer supporting long time friends Mumford and Sons but it’s the release of their fourth album Marks To Prove It on July 31 that will hopefully get them the love the deserve stateside.
In anticipation of the release, they have shared the first two singles: “Marks To Prove It” and “Something Like Happiness.” The different drum line progression on each individual song make them worthy of a listen, but they are beautifully crafted songs. I have not been so excited for an album release for a long time.
