The Killers frontman, Brandon Flowers is no Kanye West, but he has admitted to being a little too honest in interviews. I wonder if he is going to regret admitting to UK’s NME that the last Killers album, “wasn’t good enough” and “we all know it.” It takes guts to own a stinker, but hindsight is 20/20. The bigger question is how will the group bounce back and prevent past mistakes…or will they bounce back at all? If Flowers' latest solo venture, The Desired Effect is any indication of things, then The Killers future is looking up. Hopefully he hasn’t burned too many bridges with his statements and the band will come back for some new music. As of right now they are scheduled to headline one of the nights at KAABOO, a new music festival in Del Mar, CA this September.
